Security at Zeen

Security is part of how Zeen is built. This page explains the boundaries around your accounts and data and how to report a concern.

Your accounts and money

Zeen does not hold or custody customer funds and cannot move money in your connected financial accounts. Connections use third-party providers such as Plaid, whose handling of information is governed by its own policies.

Data protection

Zeen limits access to the information needed to provide the service, uses safeguards intended to protect accounts and data, and does not use personal financial data to train public or shared AI models.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email [email protected]. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in an initial report. Review the machine-readable policy at zeen.com/.well-known/security.txt.
